On March 23rd, architect Gijs Rikken (MVRDV) and Cees van der Spek (OVG Real Estate) will give a 1·Lectures on their project P15/Ravel Plaza located on the Zuidas. They reflect on the selection process and the remarkable design. The project’s distinctive design firmly marks a turning point in the development of the Zuidas from a monofunctional area to a mixed area of housing, business and leisure.
