Procedure and manual Attendance and Absence registrations
For courses like lectures and reflection clinics, the study credits are awarded to students based on attendance. For this reason, it is essential that the study secretariat receives this information from the tutors via the attendance module in Stages.
Brief instruction
In your course you can find the list of students in your group per scheduled class date in the Calendar.
Choose:
Course
Menu Calendar
Open the scheduled event (class) in the Calendar
Select your group
Change status Unknown per student to Attended or Absent per class date
