Starting 1 January 2025, the AvB must ensure that appropriate business financial arrangements are made with each guest lecturer/tutor/assessor/teacher/committee member, according to the DBA Act/Wet DBA. The arrangements depend on the specific situation of each person, for more information you can read the information about the DBA Act.
