On Friday 10 February the public presentation of our graduate Floris Koelink will take place. He graduated in August 2022 as an architect at the Academy of Architecture with his project Spijslokaal ('Food hall'), a project that brings his two passions together; cooking and architecture. His Academy of Gastronomy is essential because food is of great importance in our daily lives, simply because it keeps us alive.
