On Wednesday 30 November the public presentation of our graduate Anne-Roos Demilt will take place. She graduated in August 2022 as an architect at the Academy of Architecture with her project Van de Buurt about the redevelopment of the Asterdorp location. Her research is about how we could redevelop areas of Amsterdam without the original residents being pushed out and the neighbourhoods being gentrified. The layeredness of the district Amsterdam-North is translated into an urban plan with multiple functions, squares and parks on different levels throughout the plan.
